Because each piece is custom-made and made-to-order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@brooklynnandblake.com with photos of the issue and we will make it right.

To ensure the best fit, we follow standard US sizing. Please review sizing details on the product page or reach out to us before placing your order if you have any questions.

Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refund.

In rare circumstances where a return is approved, customers must contact us within seven (7) business days of delivery to obtain return authorization and the appropriate return shipping address. Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit may be issued based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
